Our itinerary

Wednesday 13 May

0915 Coach departs

Girls may have a very small bag with a named water bottle and small, non-electric/electronic games (e.g Top Trumps, notepad and pen etc) with them on the coach.

Absolutely no sweets or any other food should be brought for the journey or the time away.

1200 (Approx) Arrive at Kingswood

Eat packed lunch provided by the School

1300-1530 Getting familiar with the site including a tour of the site and dorms!

1700-1800 First activities

1800 Dinner

1900-2100 Evening activities

2100 Bedtime

Thursday 14 May

Activities all day and evening, stopping only to refuel at 1pm for lunch and at 6pm for dinner!

Friday 15 May

Another day end evening packed with activities! I think we'll all be ready for bed by 9pm

Saturday 16 May

Pack up and games till 10am

1030 Depart Kingswood

1300 (Approx) Return to the Botanical Gardens
